Step 1: Application Process
Please submit your application with required documents to the AMCC
Leasing Office. CLICK
download and complete the rental application packet. If you will be
filling out the PDF electronically, right-click the link above and
save the PDF to your device before beginning.
Once you have completed and signed the rental application, please
return the application, along with the following documents,
to [email protected].
You may also apply in person at the Slocum Village
Community Center located at 102 Bern St., Havelock, NC 28532
(Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM; Sat, 9A-3P)
Additional documents required to complete your application:
-Proof of Income - 2 months (per person if applicable over the age
-Copy of Photo ID (per person over the age of 18)
-Tax Return showing dependents over the age of 18
Non-Active Duty prospective residents must be able to pass
applicable credit/background checks and pay a $25 non-refundable
application fee, per applicant age 18 or older and upon approval,
pay a $200 deposit up to $500 deposit with conditional approval.
There is a 2 pet maximum (cat/dog, dog breed restrictions apply)
with a one-time $150 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
Step 2: Paperwork Processing
AMCC will review your application and required documents and
contact you to confirm receipt of your application and to process
your application fee.
